About This Tour

Day Wise Plan

Tour Itinerary

Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our representative will welcome you and assist with your private transfer. Check in to a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake or Nigeen Lake and take some time to relax. Later, enjoy a one-hour Shikara ride across the calm lake, passing floating gardens, wooden homes and local markets. If time permits, explore the nearby Boulevard Road before returning to the houseboat. Overnight stay in Srinagar houseboat.

After breakfast, leave for Gulmarg, a beautiful mountain resort surrounded by forests and wide alpine meadows. The drive passes through rural villages, rice fields and the colourful market town of Tangmarg. In Gulmarg, you may enjoy the Gondola cable-car ride, walk around the meadow or participate in seasonal activities such as skiing, sledging and pony riding. Gondola tickets and optional activities should be booked separately unless included in your selected package. Return to Srinagar in the evening and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

After breakfast, travel towards Pahalgam through the countryside of South Kashmir. En route, stop near the saffron fields of Pampore and visit the historic Awantipora temple ruins, subject to available time. Continue alongside the Lidder River and arrive in Pahalgam, known for its pine-covered slopes and refreshing mountain atmosphere. After hotel check-in, spend the evening walking around the local market or relaxing beside the river. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Begin the day with breakfast and explore Pahalgam’s scenic surroundings. You can hire a local union vehicle for Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari, popularly known as the ABC Valley circuit. Aru Valley offers peaceful grasslands and forest views, while Betaab Valley is admired for its riverside scenery. Chandanwari presents a rugged mountain landscape and serves as an important point on the Amarnath route. After sightseeing, drive back to Srinagar and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

After an early breakfast, proceed to Sonamarg, the Meadow of Gold. The route follows the Sindh River through valleys, forests and picturesque settlements. On arrival, enjoy leisure time near the river or hire a local pony for an optional visit towards Thajiwas Glacier, depending on weather and local operating conditions. During months when the road is open, travellers may also arrange a local union vehicle for nearby mountain viewpoints. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, visit selected Srinagar attractions such as Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashme Shahi or the Hazratbal Shrine. Later, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. Leave Kashmir with wonderful memories of its lakes, valleys and Himalayan landscapes.
