Terms and Conditions for C Himalaya Tour and Travels

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between C Himalaya Tour and Travels (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the traveler (referred to as "you" or "your"). By booking any tour packages, hotels, transport, or other services with C Himalaya Tour and Travels or any of its units, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Confirmation:

• To book any tour package, hotel accommodation, transport, or other services, you must provide complete and accurate information as requested by C Himalaya Tour and Travels.
• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and issuance of a booking confirmation from C Himalaya Tour and Travels or its unit.
• The booking confirmation will contain details of your itinerary, services booked, payment details, and any other relevant information.

Payment:

• Payment for the tour package, hotels, transport, or other services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment methods accepted by C Himalaya Tour and Travels include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or any other methods specified by the Company.
• Prices quoted by C Himalaya Tour and Travels are in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional charges or taxes will be communicated to you before confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing and communicated to C Himalaya Tour and Travels at the earliest opportunity.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) and the timing of the cancellation.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective service providers and may be subject to administrative fees.

Amendments and Changes:

• Any amendments or changes to your booking must be communicated to C Himalaya Tour and Travels in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the Company.
• C Himalaya Tour and Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transport, or any other services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, reasonable alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

Travel Documents and Insurance:

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.) required for entry into the destination(s) covered by your itinerary.
• We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability and Responsibility:

• C Himalaya Tour and Travels acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
• You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and C Himalaya Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• You agree to comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations visited during the tour.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where C Himalaya Tour and Travels is registered.
• Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction where C Himalaya Tour and Travels is registered.

  By booking with C Himalaya Tour and Travels or any of its units ( Kashmir Tour Travel, Kashmir Himalaya, 1 Kashmir Tour Package) you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
